Wherever life plants you, let yourself bloom!
Bloom Pelvic Health is a speciality clinic providing high quality, personalised and holistic pelvic health physiotherapy care to women.
Bloom was born from our passion and urge to deliver exceptional women’s health physiotherapy services during pregnancy, following delivery into the fourth trimester and for life beyond.
Pelvic health conditions are complex and sensitive and sometimes it can be hard to open up to a health professional about your symptoms. At Bloom, our Physiotherapists are all post-graduate trained and have extensive experience in the management of women’s and pelvic health conditions.
Claire has worked extensively within the private practice physiotherapy sector, with over five years clinical experience in musculoskeletal and pelvic health physiotherapy. She has post-graduate qualifications in Women’s Health Physiotherapy from the University of South Australia and will complete her Masters in Clinical Physiotherapy, ma
joring in Continence & Pelvic Health, at the end of this year.
Claire can treat a wide variety of Women’s Health conditions including urinary and bowel incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, voiding difficulties, vulvar and chronic pain conditions. She also has a heavy focus in obstetric physiotherapy, both antenatal and postnatal. This includes conditions such as pregnancy related pelvic girdle pain, abdominal separation, perineal trauma and mastitis. Claire is has also undergone tertiary training for the fitting and management of vaginal pessaries for pelvic organ prolapse.
Alongside her pelvic health physiotherapy, Claire also has extensive experience in treating musculoskeletal injuries including neck pain, headaches, shoulder pain and wrist and hand injuries.
