At Western Obstetrics, our Public Shared Care Model is designed to provide a structured and supportive approach to maternity care by combining the expertise of our midwives and GP obstetricians (GPOs) with the resources of the public hospital system for labour and birth. This model offers continuity of care wherever possible, while providing flexibility and affordability through public hospital services.

PRICING INFORMATION
Our Public Shared Care Model provides structured pricing, with some services eligible for Medicare rebates where applicable. Patients may have out-of-pocket expenses depending on individual circumstances.
- Standard Antenatal and Postnatal Care: Approximately $992 out-of-pocket, including the pregnancy management fee.
- Additional Services: Some consultations may be bulk-billed, while others may require an out-of-pocket contribution. Patients are encouraged to check with our team for detailed cost information.
